computer reboots on its own

The event viewer states event 4307 source NetBT-click on more info from
microsoft. Webpage loads and states We're sorry.
description is Intialization failed because the transport refused to open
intial Addresses.

Below are the addresses. Any ideas...
0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 58 00 ......X.
0008: 00 00 00 00 d3 10 00 c0 ....Ó..À
0010: 01 00 00 00 07 02 00 c0 .......À
0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

and this happens too..

Not all of the time when computer boots up wants driver for okidata
printer...I know the current drivers are loaded...I keep checking website for
updated drivers and I install the current drivers after downloading

....sometimes this happens to...when printing...computer reboots itself
instead of printing....
