computer password

A young person was on my computer and changed my password I can''t access my computer. Windows XP 2002
I am very upset about the potential loss of my documents. Please help.

yoo Can type administrator as a user then click on the ok
buttons.
then clcik on the start, then click on the control pannel
locate the user account icon. double click this Icon then
select your account name. then click on the change
password. and follown instruction on the screen.
