computer loses connectivity with server over night

I have a workstation that I have to restart daily because it loses
connectivity with the server overnight.
What might be causing this to lose connectivity?
What can I do to automatically restart the workstation daily?

I have checked the nic settings not to enable to power down to save power.
 
You may want to check to see if the power managment option is set to allow
the adapter to go to sleep, and not waking the PC (NIC configuration), BIOS
setting in the power managment options, Update BIOS, update NIC drivers.

Try the shutdown command, and scheduled tasks, syntex: start/run Shutdown -i
and hit enter.
