Computer loops at startup

Hi All,

I turned on my computer today and it popped up the screen saying that the
computer did not start successfully. I clicked Start Normally but the
screen 'flickered' and the screen came back. I tried 'last known' with no
avail. When I try Safe Mode it restarts when the driver
'system32\Drivers\mup.sys' appears on the screen.

Any ideas?

yeh,

you can try booting
up with the win cd
and go into the recovery
console. when it
asks for password
just hit enter.

at the c prompt
type and execute
each command below:

fixboot
fixmbr
chkdsk

exit and see
if you can boot into
windows and without
the cd...
