Computer Lagging?

For the past week or so my computer has been slowing down when I'm
working. It's the kinda action you get when your working and something
has the CPU at 100%. However, CPU is at 1%, can't find any viruese,
spyware, nothing different yet the problem continues.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I too have this problem. I have owned my Dell Lap top for 13 months and have
had to restore to a different date about 5 times now. This usually helps for
a while but the problems start again. I possilbly has something to do with
Publisher, as every time I use it I start having the problems again.

Try installing Office updates.
