Computer Keeps Rebooting After Power Failure

My friends computer keeps rebooting after we had a power
failure...it will boot up to the windows Xp logo, but
then prompt for windows safe mode. Selecting anyone of
these it still just reboots

This may be caused by some corruption in the operating system, in which
case you might be able to fix it by doing a Repair Install. Here's a

However, it is equally possible that you've fried some hardware
components in the computer and reinstalling Windows isn't going to
help. It can't hurt to try step 1 first. Please post back if you need
