Continual Re-Boot after Power Failure

Yesterday the power went out. After it was restored, we started our computer
and it now is continually rebooting. I can successfully bott up in Safe
mode, but when I try to boot normally it re-boots continually. I have tried
to restore to several previoius dates that I know that were working, but have
had no success. When I turn off the reboot on failure I get the Blue Screen
of death and a stop error.

Any suggestions??

You need to write down the Stop Error and research it here:

There's no way for us to know whether your computer has hardware or
software problems from the power outage from your post.
