Computer is crashing - Network Diagnostics says http error12007

and ftp errro12031 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com the connection with the
server was reset.

Network Diagnostics has told me to look into my security settings in my
firewall htp port 21.

I have recently started playing online poker and run my spyware and virus
scans afterwards and they detect 39 infections. Has this caused the problem?
