Computer hangs during boot up!

I am having problems restarting my computer, it hangs during "Applying
Computer Setting" boot process and it never gives me the choice to log in,
I've also tried to log in in Safe mode, Last ggod know config, etc...all with
same results..
What could be causing this problem??

Any Ideas?

Have you made any recent changes to hardware and/or software?

Try disabling the third party services through the recovery console.
