computer freezing when trying to hibernate

After installing Kerio's Firewall (don't know if it's
related to problem), the computer freezes when commanded
to hibernate. It will shutdown when commanded, but not
hibernate. What should I do?

hibernate. What should I do?

Uninstall the firewall and see if it still does it. If so, and you
want to use the firewall, don't use the hibernate option.
Ask Kerio if there are known problems with their software and
hibernation with your system.
