computer freezes when trying to install

I'm trying to install the program and my computer freezes
when I get to the screen where it asks you to check yes
or no to automatically update the spyware program. Any
suggestions or ideas of what could be wrong.

What happens if you choose "No" ?

You can update this after install, Menu File, Check for updates.
This can be a firewall problem and is is easier to check for faults
after a complete install.
