computer freezes after inactivity

nass,Gerry,Leonard.....you guys have been great.....but i am in over my head
here so I am going to take my hard drive to a live geek squad and give them
your suggestions. I will be out campaining for Barak Obama this weekend
anyway so now's a good time. Thank you so so much for all you did.

The combination of McAfee and Windows Live OneCare could well be just
too much for your computer. Individually neither are products many in
these newsgroups would recommend. In periods of inactivity these type of
programmes run tasks in the background. This could be what is happening
when you encounter the freezes.

When you end a period of inactivity is your computer emerging from
standby or hibernation?
