Computer doesn't open IE files

Hello,

When I save an internet explorer page to my computer, or
open any IE pages it doesn't have the right icon. Instead
of the blue "E" icon, I only see the icon that usually
comes up when there is no application to open the
document.

I've checked the file types in the folder options menu,
and the correct icon is listed. So, my computer should be
showing the right IE icons but it is not.

What do I need to do to get the right icon to come?

If you have tweak UI installed, start, control panel, tweak UI, it has a tab
to fix icons.
