computer crash

If my computer don't boot up what should I do ? And how do I back up
everything on mt computer, I have 3 partions on my C Drive, I am running
Windows XP home

At boot up depress f8 and hold. Just maybe you'll get
into safe mode. If you do , I would run error checking.
Need help? open help and support. If this fixes your
boot up then As far as backup if you can boot up and you
have those partions showing as volumes in windows
explorer. You can use windows backup ntbackup to back up
to your other partitions. But only if you can boot up.
