Compatibility issue between Vista and Java?

Can anyone using Vista open the Visual X-TOY for Java Web Start Application
on the following website?
http://www.cs.princeton.edu/toy/site

It appears a dialogue titled "Application Error" when initializing. However,
it could be done without any problem when I was using XP at school.
I think it is the compatibility issue between Vista and Java. (PS: I have
installed both JDK and JRE for my Vista.)

Any comment or solution?

I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit and had no problem whatsoever
opening the application. There was no need for me to install anything prior
to attempting to open the file.

Have a nice day.
