Comparing in Word 2007

When doing a compare in Word 2007, why are changes in the header not showing
as marked changes? And Yes the box is checked to mark Headers & Footers.

Can you provide an example set of documents (via link to a webpage/blog/fileshare service) or steps to reproduce this?

What file types are you comparing?

What type of content/ changes are in the header and footer?
