the only name on screen is a limited acct. how do i create a new acct. to have all privs.

At the logon screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice and log on with the user Administrator,
alternatively start Windows XP in Safe Mode to log on as Administrator, see "Windows XP Home
Edition or Windows XP Professional in a Workgroup" here for more information:
