This folder contains files that are used by more than one program; i.e.,
files that are held in common. Unless you are completely sure that the
files are not used by any programs on your system, leave them alone. An
example of when you'd want to delete files from this folder would be as
part of the ZoneAlarm uninstall process or if you removed Norton Antivirus
and had no other Symantec programs installed.
