common dialog "C:\Program\Common" and after rebbot

hello at the start up appears
a window called "C:\Program\Common"

as far i know
the " C:\Program Files\Common Files"

is standard
but
"C:\Program\Common "is not.

+

after awhile rebbots...

the system is checked for virus....

and
run/msconfig/start up/ looks normal...


any idea???

the window common with rebbots are connected

the solution is
Run REGEDIT

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

SSC_UserPrompt.
" before and after the command line".
