denied". I ve tried maniplating them (removing replacment conditions, exe.)

Don't know your operating system & I think your basic message is you
have undeleteable files.

Here are some things to try.

The program may be running the background, check next to the clock & if
there, right click on it & close/exit. Now you should be able to move
or delete.

Another way, try safe mode.
How to start Windows XP in Safe mode

Windows 95 and Windows 98
Toggle F8 or Press Ctrl ( depends on your comp ) during bootup ( just
before, verifying DMI pool, message comes on )
Select Safe Mode.
If that dos'nt work.
In Windows, Start > Shut Down, select Restart in MS-Dos mode.
At the DOS prompt, get to c:\Windows> and then type in > win.com /d:m &
press Enter. It will reboot to Safe Mode.

More ways.
You cannot delete a file or a folder on an NTFS file system volume

I use VirDir this way to delete files or folders that are too long or
undeleteable.
Click Choose Folder to select file or folder, then click Add.
Go to the new drive letter in Windows Explorer, right click on the file
or folder to be deleted & click Delete.
Go back to the original drive letter & remove remnants ( if any ) of
the file or folder.
Open VirDir, click on the new drive letter & then click Remove.
