COM+ Problem

Hi All

I have a problem with a VB application that run in
backgroup (launched by a service).

Sometimes I see the following error in event log:

The COM+ Services DLL (comsvcs.dll) was unable to load
because allocation of thread local storage failed.

I have this on some Win2K Server and Advanced Server with
SP2, SP3 and SP4.
On these machine I've installed TS (in both Remote Admin e
Application mode).

On Tecknet I've found only one KB article (812280) that
speak about .NET Framework 1.0 (but isn't installed).

Can Anyone help me......
