com port 1

This problem came out of nowhere. In the middle of my day
while printing a document, my printer just stopped and the
file was not done printing. I rebooted and a screen
appeared and said can't find com port #1. Nothing prints,
the print job itself in in the quere, but nothing prints.
Can anyone help me out?
Everytime I reboot the same screen reappears, can't find
com port #1.
 
Hmm... I hate it when a port gets "lost" ... :[

First thing would try is un-installing it from device manager,,, an
rebooting... let it reinstall...
If that doesn't work, try updating driver from MB manufacturer site or
window update.
