COM Error message

I have this error messeage in my system event log on a
Win2K Server that I have not been able to interprate
through any normal means.

Event Category: None
Event ID: 102
Date: 9/19/2003
Time: 8:07:55 AM

Computer: *****************
Description:
Unable to register COM class objects.
