Columnar style bulleted List for resume

I need to find out how to do bullets for my resume under my Summary of Qualifications section. I can start the bulleted list but when I use the TAB to start the next item and try to put a bullet there it deletes the previous bullet I did.

(Example below): 3 sets of columnar bulleted lists

â— Client Service & Relations *Want the same format here *here
â— Word Processing & Desktop Publishing
â— Computer Operations

Instead of columnar, try a table, and set it for "no
border".
