on closing bulleted list

Hi,

One can end a bulleted list (so do I) as follows:
after typing the last item hit Enter. Word comes up with the next bullet.
Type nothing and hit Enter, then the bullet disappears, the list is ended
and
after an empty paragraph a new one is starting. My problem is that for
these paragraphs the list style is continued.

Is it possible to set off the option that Word ends the list at an empty
paragraph (double Enter)?

Or is it possible - and how? - to Autocorrect an empty paragraph setting the
style to e.g. Body Text?

You asked this the other day! Apply a different style to the paragraph at
the end of the list. Apply a keyboard shortcut to the follow-on style and
use that to end your list.

The answers provided you yesterday were not what you wanted to hear? Sorry,
but there is NO substitution for training your staff to do the RIGHT thing!

If you can't get them to get used to pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N to revert to the
Normal Style, you could always provide a toolbar that goes with your
template that contains the buttons for the desired Styles you want them to
use. That way all they have to do is to click the icon to return to Normal
or Body Text.

I'm sorry, Graham and Bill,

The problem is that my users are not (yet) wont to using styles. They will
oversee the style change after the list and type par after par in bad style.
What I asked was the last trial I could imagine to prevent that. You're right
I will have to train them to do the RIGHT thing.

Thanks
