I am a user from Hong Kong, we are using Word 2000 in our company, we encountered a strange problem and cannot get any clue about it. Here comes the description of the problem:
A user types, for example three “enter separated line†within a long document, when the cursor is placed in the first short line, and the bullet shortcut is pressed, ALL of the lines inside the long document are bulleted. When undo, the “first line†is bulleted as expected.
Why should it be? Because in our testing, we CANNOT reproduce the same problem.
How can we avoid this “all lines are bulleted†situation?
Many many thanks!
