colour print

I have changed my ink cartridges and the black is working
fine but the colour is not. I have run the clean and it
refuses to do anything.

I don't know what printer you're using, but if you go to
Control Panel, Printers & Faxes and click on the
properties of your default printer, you may find that it
gives you the option of setting it up as 'black & white'
or 'colour' (which includes black & white). Do make sure
it's set to 'colour', then click OK. You'll probably need
to reboot for the new printer setting to take effect.
