code 37

Help Please, Got a code 37 on both cd/dvd roms on my laptop. Have
uninstalled drivers, and reinstalled with no luck several times. What else
can I do ? Both devices work as I can load xp off the disk as if I was
loading windows originally. They will not work once the OS is booted.
Theree is little info available anywhere other than to reinstall drivers.
That is not working. What else can I do ? Thanks in advance for any leads.

Did you perchance uninstall ezCd creator?

Thanks for your sesponse. "No" on EZ Creator Install. I found a lead and had
to edit my registry. Editing the registry fixed my problem.
