cntl-alt-del incomplete display

When I use cntl-alt-del to show task list I only get list
of processes, no applications and the only way I can exit
from the display is to right click on the icon in the
task bar. Any suggestions?

Double click on the border of the Task Manager window and the tabs will be
restored.
