cmd.exe error 0xc0000142

When I try to execute "cmd.exe" command from Start->Run,
it gives me a prompt with "Application failed to
initialize properly (0xc0000142)" error. How can I fix
this proble? I have winxp pro.

cmd.exe is a virus, delete. go to www.techtv.com follow
link on worm blast pc users. there is also links on
microsoft sites. look for worm blaster.
