Hello,

I've a strange behavior in my PC sometimes I receive a error 0xc0000142 with
pop up which is notifying that application is failed to initialize properly.
the strange thing is becouse is happening for different application more
often for SQL.exe and less for CDM.exe.

could you help me about this issue ?
