Closing problem!

Hallo!
My movie maker is working good, but when i open the video
effects, it's closing itself immediately!
howcan i solve this problem? tjanks for your helps!

Do you know how to search your computer for a file named divxaf.ax and, if
you find it, rename it to divxaf.a_
