Closing Browser

Can anyone help please?
I find when I try to close my I E browser, no matter what
website I am on I have to use the cntrl-alt-delete option
to close. Any rememdy to this problem would be of hwlp,

What methods of closing the window are not working? File> Close? Alt+F4?
Right clicking the taskbar button and selecting Close? or?

Are you using full screen mode or a normal window mode?
