Clients Cannot Use ClipArt

This may be stupid, but here's my dilemma ...

All users/clients except for me (admin) cannot access ClipArt. When they
try to Insert ClipArt via a MS Office app they get an error message saying
"not enough memory", etc. I can logon to the same terminal server, at the
same time, and pull up ClipArt just fine. Sounds like a permissions and/or
policy issue to me, but I'm not sure how to resolve it. Any help is
appreaciated.

Our setup:
Windows2000 Server SP4, Terminal Services enabled
Citrix MetaFrame XP Feature Release 3, Service Pack 3

Not stupid at all. Check this article, there's a pre-SP5 hotfix for
this problem:

The KB Article also states that applying MDAC 2.8 will resolve the issue.
