Client-Only Rules while Offline

I have two different kinds of rules on my system. I have
two rules that are executed on the Exchange server, such
as relaying copies of emails and moving read-receipts to
a folder. I also have a client-only rule, one which
moves emails from my Internet POP account to a specific
folder and flags them with a green flag. The client-only
rule works when I am working online and connected to the
Exchange server. When I choose "Work Offline", and work
locally, the rule does not work. Is there a way to sync
the client-only rule so that it works whether I'm online
or offline?

Since rules are stored on the server (even client rules), I don't think so,
unless you make a new profile for POP only when you work offline.
