Client disconnects

After 15 minutes the TS client that connect over the
internet are disconnected, If they log back in their
session is still active.
This creates a problem with an application that we use.
Ideas??
 
Does this happen always at the 15 minute mark? Are users
actively working when they are disconnected?

Have you looked at your RDP-tcp settings in your terminal
services configuration to make sure that you don't have
their session time limit set to 15 minutes?
