Client Access

A client is connecting from a Win2k Pro machine to a
Win2k Avanced Server thru a VPN. The exchange server is
available, but when they try to access the shared folders
they receive error: No logon servers available. They are
a member of the domain.

I noticed on my home computer (not a member of the
domain) that I do not get this error.

Any suggestions?

When the client connects in, are they establishing the VPN once they get to
a desktop, or are they checking the login using dial up networking box? If
they do the later they will have a much higher rate of success.
