clicking on e-mail to activate accounts

Whenever i get an e-mail to acctivate an account,I always
get soffice.exe is having trouble,and will have to close
down.So i cannot get the web pages i need,this happens
every time.Or i get star office cannot be started more
than once,I also cannot get into help and support for the
same reason.Does anybody know how to overcome this,as i
have already lost three accounts.

Hi Michelle,

It sounds like the file association for .htm or .html (web page files) has
been changed to StarOffice... do you edit web pages in SO? If so, this is
probably why.

Do you know how to change file associations? If not, reply back and someone
could tell you an easy way to do it (I could explain but may not be
understood :) )
