Opening an E-mail Account in Outlook

I recently had a hard drive crash and lost my e-mail settings. I have two
e-mail accounts and have been able get one account loaded into Outlook 2007
and working by clicking on the account in a list that said "open account",
but I cannot find that option/list again to load the second account. I saw
the second account listed but cannot find it again. Where is it?
