Clicking on a button link does nothing - help pls!

Hello,

I've removed Netscape-like plugins from the registry like I was recommended
here.

Now, when I press a form button to download a file, like this
http://www.powertabs.net/pta.php?page=song,9490

the browser does nothing. both IE and Opera, it just won't respond. regular
links however work.

Please help me, I tried system restore and regedit restore but it is not
responding.

I see you said it worked after you took the advice.
Why did you say that if it didn't work?

Have you looked to see if the Registry key returned?
What was in the key before you deleted it?
(The export will show that and will also restore the key, but I doubt
that will help you, as that puts you back to where you were)

Like I said, regular links now work, but the button popup/link does not.
I imported previews registry configuration and prior system set up (system
restore), but non helped, I still cannot get any action when I click a
button such as this
