instead of opening file or folder when i click (or rt click) on it, windows
installer tries to install it. then when i click canel, it opens a new
message window that says CyberScrub Antivirus cancelling ( a program I thot I
had removed long ago), then when i cancell that it either goes back to
windows installer message or opens up the normal drop down list of choices
that a click oe right click should.
Windows update has no fix offered to me, everything says it's all up to date.
Any suggestions?--
