Clearing Internet History/cookies/files

I went to clear Internet History and was greeted with a
new message that stated "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator"
Well.....since I AM The ADMINISTRATOR and the ONLY person
using this computer, I haven't a clue what has gone wrong.
Microsoft help...isn't helpfull (as usual)
Does anyone have any suggestions, answers or otherwise?
 
Try booting into safe mode as the "Administrator" account
and delet the cookies this way. The history should be
located in "system root\Documents and
Settings\'desiredusername'\Local Settings\History\"
now try deleting the files from there.

The message is due to security settings you made in
Explorer. You may need to change them.

Problem caused by SpyBot Search and Destroy settings.
Check their site for the appropriate fix.
