Tools locked in Internet Explorer V7

I think my computer may be high jacked, because I cannot open Internet
Options under the Tools tab. I get a message when I try to open that "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator".
This is a home computer and has no password restrictions set up.

Any suggestion are appreciated.

Hello,

here's a list of things that might cause your problem:

I'd try the Registry part, the "NoBrowserOptions" could have been changed.
