Cleaning out PC

I have a Dell computer with Windows Me as an operationg
system. This machine was given to me and it's full of
junk. I want to do away with all of the 'Dell' stuff and
reinstall Windows. Any advice? I'm not sure if it has
other OSystems on it.
 
Get software called Window Washer. Check out its website and see if thats what you are looking for
