Cleaning Epson Print Heads

Don't know if this is the right forum - but, hopefully, someone can help me.
My Black print head needs cleaning which I have tried (using the driver
software) about a dozen times. Still dirty. Is there another way using
alcohol so I don't continue to waste ink? Or should I ask this question on
another forum? Thanks.........

you are only spos to run head under water ad pat dry with paper towle
