I am selling my computer and want to clear out ALL info
that was on the internet...is this possible and if
so..how?

Depends on how paranoid you are.

To remove cookies, history and temporary internet files, open Internet
Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options and see the General tab (usually
the first one.) There are plenty of tools on the Internet to recover this
information after it has been removed, however. Do you think that whoever
will buy your computer has the ability (and the interest) to use these
tools?

Personally, if I was going to buy a computer from someone, the first thing I
would do is format the hard disk and reinstall all the software. I don't
want someone else's mistakes on 'my' computer.
