Clean Insytall of XP now Mozilla or Netscape will not run.

Had to do a clean install so that my PS2 mouse port and Com ports would not
run, due to a new MoBo install, that a repair did not work..

Had to reinstall Netscape, and tried Mozilla, but the install was 100% but
they do not run..

But they did before the clean install.

What are the error messages? Does other software run? Do you have
Internet access?
