Does anyone know where I can get a good electronics simulation program, and something that would ideally lay out a PCB for me as well :)

I'm after some software to easily design some circuit ideas I have, and then allow me to make a PCB quickly and easily (probably using a UV box and photoetching).
 
Livewire (Student Edition) - £25 - for the diagrams/simulation
PCB Wizard 3 (Student Edition) - £25 - for the diagrams/PCB routing
 
E-Mailed them and got a reply today with all the questions answered, it seems ideal :D
