Circuit Diagram Simulation

Does anyone know where I can get a good electronics simulation program, and something that would ideally lay out a PCB for me as well

I'm after some software to easily design some circuit ideas I have, and then allow me to make a PCB quickly and easily (probably using a UV box and photoetching).
