CIF USB Camera (2110A) GE Easy Cam

I have installed the driver for this camera per the instructions in the box, and the camera itself works fine with every program until I restart. Once I restart the computer the entire computer goes wacky and half the time does not load windows, just continues to reboot itself endlessly, or if it DOES reboot, the colors go to 4bit and cannot be altered and my internet connection no longer works. Any help would be appreciated

Contact the Easy Cam tech support people. If they do not provide good
drivers, then get yourself a usb card reader for the memory card used
in your camera and access your pictures that way instead of connecting
the camera directly to the computer.
